Our experience at Sunway Putra Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we felt right at home the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and the view from our room was simply stunning. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough every day. One of the highlights was the convenient location – directly connected to the Sunway Putra Mall and very close to public transport, which made getting around the city so easy. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were also top-notch. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, catering to both local and international tastes. Every detail was taken care of, and it really showed in the quality of service and comfort we received. I highly recommend Sunway Putra Hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur – it truly exceeded all our expectations. We can’t wait to come back!

The design of the hotel is nice. We loved the lobby. Also, the restaurant on the top floor had stunning views.

Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The room was very clean, spacious, modern, and well maintained. The shower was excellent, and everything was in perfect condition. This is probably one of the best Swing & Pillows properties I've stayed at so far. The location is also great, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and other amenities nearby. I would definitely stay here again.
