The staff were excellent as the owner was really helpful. She ensured that we would maximise our time and provided us with great tips to visit the right places with the right transportation. The room was very comfortable with all the things one needs and with a modern bathroom. There was an excellent view on the sea.

The hotel can be easily reached by tram if you are using public transport. It is about 8-10 minutes away from the tram stop. Erasmus University buildings are right in front of the hotel. The room was spotless and very spacious. I missed the breakfast but enjoyed my dinner at the restaurant. There are vegan dishes as well, the food is prepared on the spot and delicious, not expensive but of good quality. The service is excellent.

The location was excellent, especially since we wanted to be near both the city center and the cruise port. We got a free upgrade to a room on the top floor with a view overlooking the water!

I liked the room and meeting all the new people in the lift and corridors!! Everybody was really friendly and staff super helpful. The location was great for getting into town and exploring Rotterdam more plus going to other places. Transport links were excellent!! Loved the atmosphere and local food places.
