We had a luxurious stay with excellent service in every aspect. The rooms were very comfortable and offered beautiful views over the park. The breakfast was fantastic. This stay was a surprise gift for my parents, and they absolutely loved it. Great experience!

The new hotel at the best address. Room is tiny and clean and warm. The washroom is very big and clean. If I come to The Hague next time. I will choose here again. And I will recommend this hotel to my friends who travel here. Prettyyyyy good.

The hotel excels in all the key areas: the location is convenient, the rooms and common areas are impeccably clean, and the services provided are excellent. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Everyone is polite, welcoming, and attentive. We would like to extend a special thank you to Shalysha at the front desk. We reached out to her with a few requests during our stays, and she resolved every single one of them promptly, professionally, and with a wonderful attitude. Her outstanding service made a huge difference in our experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area—we will definitely be returning!

Breakfast was great. Healthy options. As well as champagne and orange juice mimosas. Front desk staff were very helpful. Helping with a quiet room at the back of the property looking into a nice landscape.

We had are very warm welcoming upon arrival. The lady at reception was extemely helpful to make us settle and to find our way around the location. The room was very large and comfortable with beautiful views over the garden. It is a very peaceful location in a stunning surrounding. Breakfast was tasty and very generous, good selection of food and drink. Again, service was excellent and very friendly.

Friendly staff and helpful. Clean and excellent location. Although I read before the trip some comments about the breakfast, the buffet was full, and there was always a space to sit regardless the holidays season. And because of very early checkout they had prepared a breakfast bag on the go.

Room was very clean and up to date. Arrival area had character, warmth and wasn't sterile like some modern chains can be. Breakfast quality exceeded our expectations. All day access to a decent cup of coffee/tea, particularly on cold winter days, made the experience both convenient and more personable. The hotel had a key card issue and staff went out of their way to make things comfortable and ensure things ran smoothly. Very impressed.
