The hotel is situated on a very quiet side street next to a park where many people go jogging or walk their dogs in the morning; you can walk through the park to reach the Van Gogh Museum area in about half an hour. The staff are incredibly warm and patient (especially Leo and other two young ladies). The hotel has an elevator, and there is a coffee room on the ground floor—open all day—stocked with coffee, fruit drinks, hot water, and tea bags. The room is small, and the bathroom even smaller, but it is perfectly adequate for one person; if you need fresh towels or other items, you can help yourself downstairs (useful if the staff have gone off duty). I stayed for four nights and had a great experience; an Uber to the airport cost €20. It is a five-minute walk from the hotel to the tram stop, and there is also a supermarket within a five-minute walk. Highly recommend.
