A room was cozy enough, soft and big bed, clean enough. The hotel location was excellent for me to get all my business completed.

The best hotel we've stayed in lately, breakfast was perfect

Lovely traditional decor to suit Old Town of Wroclaw Huge rooms and bathroom, very elegantly styled. So close to train and bus station, barely 5 minutes walking. Staff friendly and helpful. Old Town was about a 900m walk but trams traveled route between station and Old Town. So very accessible.

The breakfast was really good and with a rich variety fo salty and sweet products. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful to all my questions about my staying. There was not noise from other rooms and I appreciated that the towels were refreshed and the bathroom was cleaned every day. I really enjoyed my staying at Mercure Hotel and I would like to choose it again in the future. Greetings from Greece and thank you for your professional hospitality.

Very big, tidy, clean, comfy room!

Very good quality for the price paid. We enjoyed the breakfast. The crib for the baby was comfortable and with quality mattress. Good position.

Cozy hotel close to main sightseengs. Helpful staff. There are no hot water pot and when I ask, they gave me. Very good breakfast.

The room was very nicely designed, the bathroom was also very nice. The lighting was soft and pleasant. We could try fine chocolates in the hotel which was a surprise and they tasted good. The complimentary water and good coffee in the room was also a surprise and was a welcome one.

Friendly administrator, comfortable bed, what else do you need! Reading the reviews I thought it's going to be cold in therr during the night but it was WARM in my room! Excellent!

Just about everything - excellent staff, large comfortable room, great breakfast and a 10-15 minutes’ walk to the old town. I also fully support their eco-friendly policies regarding cleaning and towel usage. I cannot understand why anyone needs someone to clean and tidy their room, make the bed and replace towels - everyday!!

Very centrally located hotel close to all the sights we wanted to visit. We had a room for three people with three separate beds – the room was neat and clean. Breakfast was ok with a typical buffet. We stayed one night, good value for money!

This hotel is absolutely perfect! It offers all the facilities you could wish for, making it the ideal place to relax. After a long walk, it was wonderful to refresh in the pool, unwind in the hot tub, and enjoy the sauna. The location is unbeatable—right on the street leading to the most beautiful square in Wroclaw, with everything within walking distance. I will definitely be coming back!

Location of the hotel was great. I went to Worclaw for Christmas Market, and Hotel Location is very close the Christmas Market. My room was so comfortable, and we equipped. Room was very large, and elegant.

A very nice, modern hotel with a wonderful breakfast and a great location in the city center. I even managed to visit the Christmas market, which starts right on this street. The staff was very friendly and helped me a lot with organizing my personal meetings in the city, as I don't speak Polish. This was invaluable; I couldn't have managed it on my own. There's no parking on site, but reception gives you directions to the nearest parking lot—it's very close.

It has been over a month since my stay at the Scandic Wrocław Hotel, and although I am writing this review a bit late, I have very fond memories of the experience. I was truly grateful for the staff, who were incredibly diligent and responsive to every request. Whether I was asking for sightseeing tips, requesting a taxi, or simply asking for an extra pillow, they always assisted me with a bright smile and a helpful attitude. From a guest's perspective, the staff’s professionalism and friendliness really stood out. The room facilities were modern and well-equipped for a comfortable stay, and I especially appreciated having a bathtub in the bathroom. I also want to thank the housekeeping team; they performed their duties so diligently, which was a huge help to me. The location is excellent—just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and a 5-minute walk to the Wrocław train station. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and a Żabka convenience store is right across the street, making it very convenient even at night. It is a wonderful hotel that I would love to stay at again if I visit Wrocławthe in the future.😍 Highly recommended!
