Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is nicely decorated . All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I love their skirts!!! 🤩 Breakfasts were amazing! Absolutely delicious! There was everything or even more you could imagine to have for breakfast 😋 Our dinner was fantastic! Shortbread pastry stuffed with chanterelle mushrooms in cream sauce , Kiejdany potato pancakes-potato pancakes stuffed with mest, served with pork rinds and sour cream and Pierogi mix: potato, cheese and onion ,meat, sauerkraut and mushroom, spinach, sauteed black pudding, sauerkraut, sour cream HEAVEN !!! Their chefs are very talented! Everything were cooked to perfection! We absolutely loved it and highly recommend!

There are a lot of amenities, the breakfast was incredible, there was spa and sauna. The staff of the hotel were very friendly, polite and with good manners and behaviour. I definitely recommend it

I stayed here as part of a bike trip, so I’m writing this review from a cyclist’s perspective. The hotel is calm and clean, although it’s a little outside the city centre. It’s about a 10-15 minute bike ride from Bydgoszcz Główna station. There is no dedicated bicycle parking at the hotel, but the staff were very helpful and offered to store my bike in a locked conference room. I also arrived quite late, around 22:00 on a Friday, and there were no issues with late check-in. The room was spacious enough, with good blackout curtains for a great night’s sleep and a sturdy, comfortable bed. Breakfast offered a good variety of both cold and hot dishes, so there was plenty to choose from before heading out for the day. There is also a shopping mall near the hotel with a Carrefour supermarket, which is convenient if you need to pick up some supplies, or want to try some Polish products.

Very nice, large room with a bathtub, quiet area, two blocks from a shopping mall, about 20-25 minutes walking to the city centre. Amazing breakfast with lots of options. Friendly staff, bar available 24 hours, and parking available.

The hotel has a large free guarded parking lot and this is a big plus. The room was comfortable, the plumbing was functional. There were no signs of mold in the bathtub. The pillows and bed were also comfortable. There were two bottles of drinking water in the room. I would like to note the presence of a sufficient number of sockets in the room and in particular near the bed on both sides. I also liked the ample number of clothes hooks in the bathroom and the convenient large sink where you could conveniently place things. This does not always happen in hotels. Breakfast was enough for me with the opportunity to make unlimited fresh juice on my own. I liked the service at the hotel, unobtrusive, but attentive and friendly.

Fabulous luxury decor and wonderfully perfumed reception area. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Great food, especially the spectacular Molecular Ice Cream 😁. Lovely staff and great service.

Good quiet location in the woods on the outskirts of town if you have a car cause no public transport stops nearby. Basic rooms with good beds, welcome bottle of water. Good breakfast included (7.00-9.00 a.m.), common access to fridge and electric kettle at the corridor. Large free parking lot. I recommend this place for the couple of nights.

Everything was perfect for my short stay The room was big and tidy, the staff was competent and friendly and the breakfast assortment was really good, too There were free bottles of water provided in the room, the hotel management cares for theie guests! The price for one night is fair There is free parking and there are many parking places (probably they can be full during huge sport events though)
