The bed was a little soft but comfortable. I slept well. The breakfast was very good, especially the twaróg.

It was wonderful. Our stay was great but we actually misplaced my husband’s wallet the morning we were leaving. We searched the entire room with no luck. We left assuming he lost it elsewhere feeling distraught. The staff was aware but had not seen it. Later that same day we received an unexpected call from the staff saying they found the wallet wedged between the mattress and the wall. They not only found it but sent it to us. We received it with everything intact. They went above and beyond to get it to us. A glowing example of outstanding customer service! I would absolutely recommend!

Great location, clean hotel, delicious breakfast and a super experience overall!

A very spacious and quiet room (actually I booked a room but we got a suite with two very spacious rooms), the double bed was a real double bed of 190cm (one mattress, not the usual twins brought together) making for a very comfortable sleep. The breakfast buffet had everything one needs for a big and delicious breakfast.

Easy to find the place, even during dark. We were late and outside check-in time and we were afraid to be left outside but thankfully hostess left the key in reachable place so we could get in. Room and cleanliness was awesome. So was the breakfast, very sturdy, healthy and abundant. Hostess was also very lovely and welcoming.

Excellent stay, all was clean and quiet, tasty breakfast. Hotel informed in advance that at weekend may be party, but we were here at Thursday and all was quite. Thanks for honest information!

There actually was no breakfast and no words mentioned by staff about a possible place to dine. In the room there is a folder with menus. I appreciated the parking in front of the hotel and I could see the car from my room on the 5th floor. There was an elevator. Soap and shampoo and ample towels were provided. There was no blow dryer. No tea setup. No slippers. But the room was clean and spacious considering that it was a single bed There was a sitting room adjoined with a sofa and table and chair. There was wifi and an outlet to charge my phone. It was hot with no fan so I opened the window but since this hotel is at a nice crossroads and near the hustle and bustle of so many things it was noisy and I kept being jolted awake by noise. It was definitely good value overall for the money. I really appreciated the last minute reservation being accepted too.

The location is on the outskirts of Lublin's city center so if you don't desire to be in the hotspot of the city center, you can stay here. The room was comfortable, however, for the size of the room and price, it is a lil on the pricy side. So it's suitable for a quick stay. The breakfast was incredible with so many selections...and the waffle...my gosh...so tasty! I really enjoyed my one-night stay!

It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s a very functional place for people travelling on budget. The staff are very helpful, my room was enormous and was very comfortable, the breakfast (for additional charge) was very nice and plentiful. I’ll definitely go back.

Hotel is located in the center of the city, everything could be reached by walking. It is just behind the main fontain. The staff, the room service just great. I am thinking when I will come there again :-)

The quality and location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is amazing in their desire to help guests, especially if it's the lovely and special Emily. Excellent breakfast, in short recommended in all respects.
