The room was tidy and equipped with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally hospitable. The self-serve breakfast offered all the classic options you'd expect to find. All in all, a very pleasant stay, will recommend and hopefully visit again!

Everything. The staff, the restaurant was first class, the room had spacious living and sleeping area with comfortable armchairs, a table and an amazing view overlooking a park. Everything was world class

Great bed if you like it a bit soft but not too soft. 5 min walk to old town. Available parking, even though its the mall parking. Nice big window with view to the church.

Just a couple of minutes from the main square, yet on a quiet street, the location is superb. Spacious rooms, down duvets and pillows, friendly staff, 24/7 reception desk, a delicious breakfast buffet 7-10 (later at weekends), 12 noon standard check-out, free luggage storage and very good value for money. Delightfully restrained interior design too. Historical building.

The location was charming, the room had everything you needed, it was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The staff was also very nice.

Cozy hotel close to main sightseengs. Helpful staff. There are no hot water pot and when I ask, they gave me. Very good breakfast.

Overall, it was satisfactory although the hotel itself doesn't look like fancy one comparing to any other 5 stars hotels in Wrocław. It should be good enough for casual stay.

Here's what I liked! It was all good :) The girl receptionist with red hair was really kind and caring. Competitive price. Room cleaned. The hotel is really close to the center. Friendly guys at the reception.

Elegant and classy place! VERY comfortable beds. Got a free tour of the place by one of the main staff members. The included breakfast was extraordinary, free champagne followed. Top score!

First of all, excellent people are creating this place. Always helpful and ready to do way beyond over expectations. The beds are just masterpieces and the restaurant and breakfast is the cherry on the top. Best hotel experience in my life. Worth every penny

Great location, nearby of all attractions. Very clean room and bath, good breakfast, friendly staff, 24 hour front desk.

The location was excellent. The Christmas market starts right outside to hotel door. There are plenty of lovely places to eat and drink nearby. And the soundproofing meant you didn’t hear any noise from the other rooms or the hall.

The hotel truly goes beyond standard amenities. Instead of generic hotel toiletries, they provide L’Occitane products. Fresh fruit is available both in the spa area and at the reception if you feel like having a light snack. You can really feel that a lot of thought has been put into quality and the small details.
