The staff were really helpful. If you are looking for good decent value with quality this place is the place to go. I wasn't expecting much but loved every part of the rooms and the service. Of course it's not 5 star level however considering the price it is absolutely fantastic. Free breakfast as well!

The staff were amazing, from the moment I arrived , they were so helpful. The room was spotless clean , tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Short walk to the church of the nativity. Food was excellent and breakfast had plenty of choice .

It was such a privilege to stay at this place! The thoughtfulness and attention to detail were truly immaculate. We slept like we were floating on a cloud in the most comfortable beds, and the spacious room made our stay even more relaxing. And the staff? Absolutely wonderful — incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind, as is so beautifully characteristic of Palestinian hospitality. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and truly made our stay a **10/10**. Thank you for such a lovely experience — we can’t wait to come back!

One of the most beautiful buildings in Jerusalem:)! Location is just perfect, second to none. Views of the Old City in one direction, very easy access to best locations in the west of the city, and very good restaurants very close by. Great breakfast. Very helpful, lovely staff.

Assaraya Palace Hotel is an ideal choice! The rooms are clean, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious. It has a strategic location near Jerusalem, the Church of the Nativity, the Wall, and the Banksy Museum. It’s also close to supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and transportation. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an exceptional stay!

Great hotel right by the zoo. Great facilities, wonderful service, great breakfast. Fantastic value for money given the price of hotels in Jerusalem. If you don’t need to be right downtown this hotel is a real find!

This hotel has been our home away from home in Jerusalem for years now, and it never disappoints! It's located in a quiet area, with a public (and free) parking lot just a couple of minutes on foot from the hotel; I'd suggest to have a car, because while there are a few restaurants nearby, if you want to go to Jerusalem city centre it's the best way. A big bonus of this hotel is the garden, an oasis of calm, beautiful in every season. The services and amenities are excellent and the staff goes out of their way to make guests feel home (thank you so much, we really feel part of the Alegra family!). Our favourite room is in the main building, with direct access to the garden (and when possible, the hotel accomodates our special request, like they did this time), but I can assure you that also the rooms in the building right opposite the street have the same beauty, unique style and another little garden (but guests are always welcome to come to the main building to enjoy the garden and the dining room/coffee corner). I highly recommend, at least one morning during your stay, to indulge in the rich, fresh and absolutely delicious breakfast (Israeli, with salad, bread, cheese, eggs, shakshuka... but you'll also find something if you prefer a sweet treat to start your day) - and the dining room is stunning and full of light, too!
