Our family stay at Ezdan Palace Hotel was wonderful! A special thank you to the senior chef who went above and beyond. When my son asked for a muskmelon, it wasn’t on the menu, but the chef kindly brought one just for him. Such genuine, caring service made all the difference. Highly recommended for families looking for luxury with a personal touch. We can’t wait to return!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ WOW, WOW, WOW! What an amazing surprise! This hotel apartment is absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfectly clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We arrived at 8:00 AM, and to our surprise, they gave us our apartment right away! This was incredible. It’s honestly the first time I’ve experienced this in Doha. They didn’t make us wait until 2:00 PM to get the keys — they welcomed us and gave us our room at 8:00 AM. What an amazing service! The welcome at reception was so friendly and professional. A very special thank you to the two ladies working at the morning reception — they were absolutely exceptional. You are very lucky to have such wonderful staff! The swimming pool is beautiful, the gym is fantastic, and the apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable. It even has a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen, which is very convenient. A big thank you as well to the swimming pool team for their kindness and excellent service. Honestly, everything was perfect. I will definitely be coming back very soon. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! ❤️🇶🇦

The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from a fantastic mall. What really made this experience stand out, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Their exceptional service truly made all the difference. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Hotel is new one, opened just few weeks before our visit, yet everything worked flawlessly. Hotel is really closed to the metro station. The breakfast is rich with plenty of seating. Stuff was very kind and helpful. We had a beautiful view of the bay from the suite.

We booked this hotel based on its location which was great. Easily accessible by metro and the breakfast. From the day we arrived at the hotel Mr Sikander has been helpful,friendly and very kind. We appreciated our stay and we felt at home because of Mr Sikander. He deserve a promotion . The hotel securities were nice as well and always smiling. Thank you for the réception and housekeeping , Mr Baldis , for making the surprise birthday cake for my mother. Room was well equipped and daily housekeeping.

The location was awesome, the apartment was super clean and comfortable, and the most you can cast your phone with the TV.

Beautiful hotel and apartments..The experience was very nice from the minute we arrived.. Very helpful staff, the cleanliness of the building was impeccable, supermarket in the foyer that delivers, a beautiful pool area with great views, a fitness centre.. The apartment was large and very well equipped, beds were very comfortable, cafe downstairs too.. Would highly recommend it, and hope to stay again 😁
