Exceptional service and hospitality, beyond what I expected. The restaurant staff, especially Akash, was always there to make sure I felt well taken care of. An extra nice touch was executive chef of the hotel, Chef Ali personally visiting the table to check how the meal was after. 5 star hospitality as it should be

The room was bigger than I expected. A very comfortable bed and a good desk, which is important for me. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I asked for a late check-out, which was arranged. Location suited me. I prefer to stay close to residential areas if possible, so you can walk to supermarkets and restaurants. Here those are a few minutes walk away. Metro is within walking distance and there is always Uber available.

The staff of the hotel and especially the manager Ms Sania care deeply about every aspect of the guests experience. We travelled with a group of 21 young students. Words cannot express how much care, thought, respect and love was provided us. This is a hotel like no other!

One of the best hotels I have stayed, it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, which it was next to Msheirab city, a new tourist place. The facilities and comfort in the room was unbelievable.
