All staff were excellent, couldn't have been more helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast was good but busy, gym was nice and other restaurants were excellent. But, staff were outstanding.

Everything was nice. Special thanks to Rutuja from the reception :)

Liked the organising and the good service from both the reception and housekeeping. Especially from Baya, Humphrey and Ahmad. Was veryyy helpful, especially when I checked out and forgot my sunglasses and got contacted that they found them

I have stayed at this property twice recently, being intransit both times. While it may seems that it is not located in an immediate proximity to the city's landmarks, the hotel boasts all the features of the most valued brands while offering unbeatable rates coupled with an outstanding degree of service. Literally everything is of top-notch quality here and one can be confident that it is the place to be. Some very rigorous reviewrs may note that if switched to a maximum, A|C may be a bit noisy; that there might be a problem with a guestroom door lock (like we experienced once) or that the room service may forget to serve you the ordered mil for your morning coffee but mind you, those are well offset by the staff's genuine hospitality and cordiality, and their painstaking efforts to immediately rectify such minor failures. so, check in and check out are swift and seamless; the room is mostt confortable and spacious and - importantly!- very quiet; breakfast is abundant and well served in the room (our stay fell on Ramadan, so we could only eat it in the room); all the facilities are new and incredibly clean; the overall ambience is just amazing; the staff is most efficient and supportive (at this point, kudos to the reception team, including Muhammad, Michelle, and their colleagues, as well as Rishab, an F&B manager); taxis are available within 5 min upon the call, the on-site korean restaurant can cater for one's special request to the best of their ability; a small restaurant cluster 5 min on foot (near Dusit2 apartments) provides for a sound alternative to the Korean and Pan-Asian meals on site....In other words, one can trily have the most enjoyable time at this hotel.

My experience at Chelsea Gardens Apartment exceeded my expectations! The check-in process was incredibly quick and smooth, and I was especially impressed by the reception team's follow-up regarding my arrival time. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made me feel welcome from the very beginning. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend Chelsea Gardens Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

everything was pretty good! Rusel you are the good guy

My friend made his reservation through Expedia, the same price that I paid, and he got a better room with the living room and late checkout! I'm using this app for more than 10 years, and I never got a discount or upgraded. Totally I was hot disappointed and wasted lots of money.

The fast smooth transaction and clean rooms, the receptionist was very polite Mr sahid and sahaya I think at our check out. It was superb. Thank you

We had the immense pleasure of staying at this hotel and would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Najmi, the receptionist. From the moment we arrived, he displayed exemplary professionalism and a rare kindness. Najmi was extremely attentive to our needs, responding to all our requests with a smile and great efficiency. His sense of service is remarkable; he created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which greatly contributed to making our stay unforgettable. We would also like to thank Mohamed, the housekeeping manager, for his excellent work, as well as the other receptionists, particularly Hana, who is an absolute gem. Unfortunately, we can't recall all the names, but we want to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the entire team for their professionalism and outstanding hospitality. Kudos to the whole team! The hotel's restaurant is excellent, offering themed night buffets that are also very impressive. I had the chance to try the Sushi Night as well as the Pizza and Pasta Night — both were delicious!
