Ruhengeri（Ruhengeri）

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Emma helped arrange everything—from securing the gorilla trekking permit to organizing tours within Kisoro. Everything was perfect. The accommodation was wonderful, and everyone was so kind. Mama even prepared hot water bottles so we wouldn’t feel cold, and the food was so delicious that I couldn’t help asking for the recipes. The hot shower worked well until the end, which was great. (Note: bring your own hair dryer.) Emma also helped me pick up the custom-made clothes I had ordered, went shopping for sandals, and accompanied me to the supermarket. She took me to the booking place, booked my bus from Kisoro to Kampala, and stayed with me until the bus departed in the evening. In my country, there were recent warnings about safety and concerns about traveling to Kisoro, and I hesitated until the very last moment. However, when I actually visited, I didn’t feel any tense situation at all. I also met Emma’s mama, her children, and the people around, and everyone was incredibly kind! Emma is also very punctual and understands the sense of timing that Japanese travelers appreciate. On the other hand, I was so careless that I ended up causing her some trouble. You can book tours here: https://bambooecotours.com/ 　 最初から最後まで最高の体験でした！
