The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the overall design felt modern yet warm. Staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made a big difference throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re traveling with kids or looking to disconnect from the busy city and reconnect with nature. We combined our stay with a visit at the Singapore Zoo and Night Safari. The breakfast experience was truly outstanding and deserves a special mention. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of cuisines, with different kitchens serving both Western and Asian dishes, making it easy for everyone to find something they love. From freshly prepared eggs and baked goods to Asian comfort dishes, fresh fruit, everything was well presented and tasted excellent. What really stood out was the quality and freshness of the food, combined with the calm, nature-filled setting, it made breakfast feel relaxed rather than rushed. Even with families and children around, the experience remained smooth and well organized. A perfect way to start the day and one of the highlights of our stay. All in all, this is a beautiful resort that delivers on comfort, atmosphere, and service. We would absolutely stay here again and happily recommend it to families or anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-focused getaway in Singapore.

This is a nice place to stay for folks for want to be away from the noise. It is situated in a quiet area and easily accessible to bus and MRT. It is was worth every penny spent there … lovely

Rooms are spacious and nice. Staff service is exceptional.

Centrally located, less than 5mins away from Novena Train station and shopping center. There was a shuttle that made getting around easy. Very safe and accommodating to young children. There is also a mall attached to the hotel great for convenience

A lovely hotel in a great spot after travelling to and from Singapore. Staff were fantastic, from the doorman to the restaurant ladies and chefs. Food was amazing for breakfast and buffet dinner.

Pretty large room with a nice view. The bed was so comfy! A lot of options for breakfast.
