The location was superb and being able to overlook the reservoir every morning and evening was such a treat! All the staff were so kind and informative and all the amenities were perfect!

Our room is huge and their breakfast was really amazing because there's a lot of option.

This Hotel though doesn’t have a restaurant. It’s not a matter of inconvenience. Amazingly approximately 5mins walk to any directions you wish, you will find restaurants surroundings that serves local authentic foods, convenience stores and a night market just across the road 😍 I feel super safe as a Solo Traveler. Love this hotel and location. There’s two shopping malls approximately 6mins walk from this property too. Also, the housekeeping staffs have such great eye in details, notice what is missing in the room and replaced without asking for. For this reason, I would rate this hotel 5stars, I have a room with amazing night corner views. What’s not to love? 😍

Perfect location direct by the CIQ, just one corner from 24h eateries. My window was faced towards Singapore. The staff was very friendly, all ladies were smiling everytime. Even the manager was also so friendly who is also discussing with guests.

Walking distance to jb city square. Just that there is construction going on, so you have to make a round to get to the hotel. I can see jb city square from room.
