The hotel is very close to the train which goes to Strbskie Pleso regularly and it's a quiet location. Rooms are cosy not too small and have a balcony. Breakfast was good and it's well priced for what it offers

Really nice small and organized hotel, with a homely and friendly atmosphere. There were lovely Christmas decorations. And very tasty food in the hotel's restaurant. I have stayed there with friends of mine for two days. We really enjoyed our walk in the nearby forest, no crowds, really beautiful nature, like in the winter fairytale. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything vas exceptional. From food, to hotel staff - we were very pleased with everything. Like EVERYTHING. Not a thing that was remotely bad. Really great hotel, with amazing nature. The made us feel very special, even opened the bar after closing time. Everybody made sure we are all happy and satisfied.

Beautiful, traditional old castle hotel with a great atmosphere. With snow everywhere we felt like we were in a fairy tale.

The location is very handy since it is near the train station. It is extremely comfortable since you have whatever you need at the room as facilities. Additionally it is a really clean one. We enjoyed it to the fullest

Location- easy access to main roads , close to many beautiful sites in High Tatry mountains. Decoration- cozy, warm, beautiful, clean, new, modern + traditional, functional, it seems they thought about everything in the 1 bedroom apartmen, it is very convenient for a small family. The privacy, space, 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen. You enjoy from the convenience of an apartment + the service and the benefits of the hotel. Great Breakfast! Surrounding- everything is green and beautiful. The pool area and the wellness center. Atmosphere- quiet, relax. Great value for money Parking Wifi Highly recommended!

The place and the surrounding area is breathtaking. The room was clean and big enough for 4 people (2 children and 2 adults). The bathtub is also perfect. The main building was pretty close and kids enjoyed so much to go there by sledge. The facilities were better than we imagined. A big well-equipped playroom, a movie room, a room with biliard and so on... the animating programs were enjoyable both for the kids and the adults even if we didn't speak the language. The spa was also amazing, it wasn't crowded. The food was alwqys delicious and more than enough. The outdoor facilities as the wooden playground and the zoo were also more than beyond. Our kids loved it so much. The place is close to everything. We will definitely come back soon.

A perfect place to stay during a trip to the Slovak Tatras! We had a wonderful room: very spacious and modern. The spa was a great after hiking and the breakfast offer was huga and everything was delicious! A shame we only stayed for one night: next time we will definitely stay for longer!

Verry helpfull staff, always smiling. There was no problem with leaving the car early in the morning on the check in day. Swimming pool and sauna operating until 10 pm, which was great after a long hike. The same with the restaurant - open until 10pm, there was no need to rush things. We had a verry tasty dinner, and again- staff was verry nice and helpfull (really loved the garlic soup with toasties). No problem with VISA payment (hotel as well as the restaurant). Breakfast - again, no reason to complain. Nice selection available. I'd recomend and probably will come back. Regards 😊

It’s a really beautiful place. We had a clean and spacious room for two young ladies. The staff in castle/accommodation was friendly and willing. We really appreciated spa near in hotel (like one minute from there). There was a breakfast too. Thank you for 2 nights here!

I did like a food, ,area, animals everything was nice and clean and also pets friendly 🙂
