The room was spacious. Excellent View of the River. Hotel staffs were helpful whenever we need to change currency or wanted small bills, they were willing to assist us. It feels majestic when you are in the hotel.

Room was clean,spacious and comfy.

August 2025/2nd stay: We started our 2 month Asian holiday at The Salil Riverside, and we ended our trip at The Salil Riverside. What an amazing welcome back greeting we got. As soon as our taxi arrived in front of the hotel, Aom and Mekki from the concierge team were waving and smiling. As a big surprise to all 3 of us, especially our 11 year old daughter, they presented her with a wonderful framed picture we took of her at our first stay. They had also made a lovely handwritten card. This was our hotel stay number 10 on our Asian tour, and The Salil Riverside deserves a 10 ⭐️ rating. It's without doubt the best hotel we stayed at and the best breakfast of all the hotels. Everything from staff, location, service, comfort, and the amazing decor of the hotel is fantastic. If you are looking for a hotel in Bangkok, then look no further as The Salil Riverside is definitely the place to stay. Again, thank you so much to everyone at Salil for making our end of our Asian trip amazing and memorable. Boat service for free was amazing and a big plus. The female manager at breakfast was so good and kind. Were there as a family with an 11 year old, and all of us had a fabulous 6 night stay. 5-Star Experience! Best breakfast and location. Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of superlative. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The Food: The breakfast spread is incredible—exceptionally rich and diverse, featuring both European and Asian menus. Every meal we had at the restaurant was delicious and prepared with visible attention to detail. The Room: Our room was very spacious and kept in pristine condition. A huge plus was the housekeeping service, which cleaned the room twice a day, ensuring everything was always fresh. Location & Transport: Getting to the main sights is effortless. The hotel provides a private boat shuttle every 30 minutes to the main pier. From there, you can catch any boat to the tourist attractions and the city center. If you prefer land travel, there is also a metro station right at the pier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and easy access to the city!

The hotel is classy, comfortable, warm and decorated with taste! Overal all these things I mentioned staff's hospitality and kindness is something what gives special dimension to this hotel. They do everything they can to make your stay extraordinary in any sense.

The accommodation is beautiful. The staff is very attentive. The only challenge was climbing the stairs to the top floor. Just so you know, there are five floors. It’s good exercise. It’s the cheapest room they have.

The property is in a very good location, easy to commute.

Loved the gym and pool area — so peaceful! The trees and the benches/chairs along the way added that extra touch for those, who like me, are looking for a nice place to recharge.

Very honest price for the good facilities, big bedroom, quiet and very good staff. A very good positive thing about my stay was I had my flight cancelled and the hotel gave back all my money due no show for the first booking. I really appreciate that.

Very clean and had everything, walking distance to icon siam with lots of clean markets.

The hotel was amazing, staff was helpful, held doors open, polite, the rooms were big and so clean. They smelt lovely!

Friendly staff, comfortable bedding and facilities

The hotel is near the Asiatique Riverfront which is very convenient. Also, during the Songkran festival, the interaction with the Thai people in our neighborhood was exceptional.

Excellent location a few minutes walk from Asiatique with some good restaurants very close. Spacious triple, large bed. Fridge very welcome. Helpful people who managed to understand although little English. Aircon stopped working in the first room but was immediately changed to another so very responsive. Looked after luggage.

I really liked this property and location. I’ve been to central Bkk many times so this time I wanted a change. The view from the king deluxe room and the hotel bar was beautiful and all the staff were very friendly and hard working. There is also some great Thai bars, street food and restaurants nearby

English is lacking. May I suggest you have a list of FAQs in both Thai and English. Prepare answers accordingly. You can do in Chinese, Hindi, French or any major languages. Just get the FAQs and answers right. It might even bring you more businesses.
