Everything, the location, helpful staff, specious room.. all met our expectations. Beach was only 10 m from the bungalow. Fantastic view

The hotel was even better than we expected. It’s in a perfect location, close to all the restaurants, bars, and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The staff were nice and always willing to help; they offered island tours at really good prices. Despite being near everything, the hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, which made it very peaceful. The bed was huge and comfortable.

Perfect location. We could stop by our room multiple times during a night out. Both beaches are a close walk. Not a luxury hotel but there’s too many things to do in phi phi than stay in the hotel the whole time. AC worked a little toooooo good but we love that. Front desk helped us arrange an island hopping tour with honest advice.

Everything. Wonderful and new hotel. We really loved it. We are very happy that we chose Ton Sai for our 5 days stay. Highly recommended place. Five stars ⭐️

Nice place, central yet quite location

This hotel has the perfect location with jaw dropping views. The construction was completed less than a year ago. It was very quiet even though there was activity at the water front below our patio. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, even sending our clothes out to be laundered. The breakfast was downstairs in a cafe open to the lovely view of the water. There were many attendants and many food choices. Delicious! One of the staff would approach us as we entered each morning to take our order of eggs prepared as we wish. After that, we were free to go to the buffet area for meat, fruit, breads etc. and coffee and tea. This hotel felt high end and had excellent service. The staff will suggest and arrange activities if you wish. There are long tail boats right outside the hotel entrance to book for excursions and the pier is just steps away. We used Captain Him (quite the character!) for our snorkeling trips. He gives a very special tour and is always smiling, super fun, an unforgettable day. You can't miss him. He's one of the most vocal boat owners and is by the 7/11. We were able to easily walk from the ferry to the hotel in about 2 minutes. Easy!
