The hootel is in the best location in bangkok if you are there for shopping and entertainment. I spent a load of my time by the pool. Sakky the bartender is the nicest guy in the world!! The breakfast buffet is amazing with plenty of variety. The food is of the highest quality .

Excellent location, close to large shopping malls and BTS. The room and the bed are very clean. The staffs are super helpful. They generously provide delicious snacks and drinks every day. Best value for money. Will definitely stay here again if visit Bangkok. Would love to book the larger room with windows. But they are booked very quickly by others because this hotel is too popular!

There was excellent service by Mr Pierre and the entire team at Chatrium Grand. It was always easy to get to Siam Paragon mall due to the golf buggies coming after every 5 minutes, making it very convenient. Can highly recommend for families and people looking to relax.

Everything was perfect. Receptionist was very helpful. She even extended our checkout time. Provide everything. Staff including her was very polite. The place is very good. Clean. Wifi was speed. Given space to store our baggages before check in and after check out. Given access to common wash rooms. Affordable and easy accessible. Hats off to the owner, the kind receptionist and the staff. We will definitely come back.

Very comfortable hotel, friendly, professional, helpful staff. Large room and bathroom, bath and separate toilet. Nice toiletries. Great location with BTS train within 5 minutes walk, shopping centre and restaurants 5 minutes walk. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices
