The staff and the way they payed attention to every detail. Always welcoming, always greeting and always asking us what do we want. The room was very big and super comfortable. The bed was huge like it can fit 4 people.

A special shout-out, and truly, the highest praise, must go to Mrs. Dorsaf, the manager. She is an absolute gem! Her leadership clearly inspires the entire team, and her personal touch makes every guest feel valued and cared for. Whether it was a simple request or a more complex query, Mrs. Dorsaf handled everything with grace, efficiency, and a truly welcoming smile. She goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience for everyone. Equally impressive is Mr. Nacer, the chef of the restaurant. The food itself was delicious and consistently well-prepared, but Mr. Nacer's presence transformed every meal into an enjoyable interaction. He's incredibly approachable and clearly passionate about his craft and his guests' dining experience. He truly added a wonderful personal touch to our meals. While the hotel's standards might be what you expect from a comfortable, normal establishment, it's the extraordinary people like Mrs. Dorsaf and Mr. Nacer who truly set this place apart. If you're looking for a hotel where you'll feel genuinely welcomed and exceptionally well-cared for, look no further. We left feeling refreshed and incredibly grateful for the wonderful hospitality. We can't recommend this hotel enough!
