Perfect location. On the main street. Everything is close - shops, restaurants, cafes. All employees are very attentive and professional. I want to thank the most Mr. Firat Salman who arranged for us the visit to Malabade bridge and the transfer to the airport. Also Mr. Firat speaks English which helped us a lot.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff made a great impression with their warm attitude, genuine smiles, and constant willingness to help with anything needed. Their hospitality was consistent throughout my stay and made the whole experience feel welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. While the selection was medium in size, it was thoughtfully arranged, fresh, and more than enough to suit different tastes. Everything I tried was delicious, and it was clear that quality mattered more than simply offering a huge spread. Overall, the hotel delivered an outstanding experience in terms of service, comfort, and atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
