My parents stayed there for one night they really enjoyed it. The staff were really nice with them and were very thoughtful and caring about elderly guests.

Very nice hotel with very nice experience, all staff was helpful friendly pleasant, some nicer then each other, staff was all ready to make stay at hotel most pleasant as possible they can without hesitation and great willingness. I would like to Thank whole staff, for making my Stay most pleasant and most comfortable as possibly they could, with great relaxing atmosphere. I most definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone wants to stay with most comfortable stay at hotel. And I definitely would happily return to this hotel. The breakfast was a lot tastier than it looked, nice staff who were accommodating of me switching rooms midway through to stay with friends. They were so good bringing us tea and coffee, helping with travel and clothes ironing, and the rooms were clean. The 3 people room was a lot better than the single. The good price is the main draw of course!

Friendly staff, the person at reception spoke perfect English, they helped me with my luggage, room was clean and comfortable, good location by the river and the mall, nice breakfast on the top floor.

- central location - very comfy bed - Shower works with a comfortable temperature Have you ever spent a whole day travelling to check into a hotel and then it turns out the bed is uncomfortable, the shower only works at boiling hot or freezing cold but you booked it because looked nice? This hotel is provides all the basic facilities like a shower and a bed which you need but it does them really well to provide a comfortable experience. I almost didn't want to check-out because i was having such a chill time relaxing.
