Location great ,staff very helpful

The location ,welcoming host and a very delicious turkish breakfast

this is the only accomodations that can give me late check in, because our flight originally landed at trabzon around 22.30, so I told them via message and their instagram account that I'll be arrived around 2 a.m., but it got delayed so we've arrived at hotel around 3 a.m., fortunately the staff is still there, so many thanks for him,

Has a nice view (lake view ) on breakfast time . Good team workers .

EXCELLENT LOCATION, IDEAL FOR FAMILIES

The property is centrally located with immediate access to local amenities and features a direct view of the lake. Hotel staff provided consistent, practical assistance throughout the duration of the stay. The accommodations proved suitable for a family traveling with children. I intend to book this hotel again for future visits.

Cheerful staff at reception for welcoming guest. Smooth check in and banglow was just amazing next to the revier. It was majical music through out the night for relaxation. Check out was smooth and easy. Highly recommended

Location and cleanliness and helpful staff

The location was amazing, and the stuff was very friendly, she even showed me how to get to the airport with public transportation

Omar, the guy at reception has been amazingly helpful. He assisted us by all means. Highly recommended

The view was nice. Weather was fantastic and staff were polite. The owner apologized to us when the electricity was cut from tye full area and he turned a generator for us, but that was not an issue at all. I just liked that he apologized to us because if the noise of the generator that I actually didn't even hear.

The place was wonderful everything you will need is excist in this hotel, the room was clean the stuff are so friendly and the meals are delecious it was such a great experience. Thank you
