The location ,welcoming host and a very delicious turkish breakfast

this is the only accomodations that can give me late check in, because our flight originally landed at trabzon around 22.30, so I told them via message and their instagram account that I'll be arrived around 2 a.m., but it got delayed so we've arrived at hotel around 3 a.m., fortunately the staff is still there, so many thanks for him,

the location was great it was next to snow and uzungol lake there was free car parking

excellent silent location , though in the mid of everything . in general , it was an excellent stay .

Beautiful hotel in the beautiful Uzungol. Small room but enough for both of us. Breakfast was good. Location abit far from the center but ok for us who wants to feel serene.

The location was amazing, and the stuff was very friendly, she even showed me how to get to the airport with public transportation

Omar, the guy at reception has been amazingly helpful. He assisted us by all means. Highly recommended

The view was nice. Weather was fantastic and staff were polite. The owner apologized to us when the electricity was cut from tye full area and he turned a generator for us, but that was not an issue at all. I just liked that he apologized to us because if the noise of the generator that I actually didn't even hear.

Everything was very good. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and the room, most importantly, very clean. Ramazan is a very nice guy and always ready to help. The location is also great.
