Hotels near Annunciation Square, New Orleans

Clean. More or less quiet. Staff were helpful and respectful. Gym was decent. Lobby bar was good.

Very clean and modern hotel in an inetersting part of the city. Close to good bars and restaurants, but away from the main hustle and bustle

The staff was excellent. They all went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of.

Everything!! Stunning building converted into apartments and hotel. Staff great and the decor was beautiful. This was our last hotel of a road trip and wish we had stayed here when we landed in New Orleans. Great bars and restaurants close by and an easy stroll into The French Quarter.

Breakfast was great. Suites were spacious and the balcony was an added bonus. Dog friendly. Drinks during cocktail hour were also nice. Also nice to have a small fridge and microwave in the room as hotels have gotten away from that. They say the best deals for parking is to buy early/bundled with booking, but you can also park on the street free between 7p and 8a.

Placed right next to the streetcar line, really easy to get around, and amazing room with super friendly and helpful staff !!

The hotel itself is beautiful! The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The staff was always very pleasant and they have property cats! As my friends and I were leaving New Orleans, we were making plans to go back and stay at the Maison.

I was very impressed with the hotel. Everyone who works there treated us so well. The manager would check in with us every time we saw him, asking if we needed anything or if we were satisfied. We also really appreciated the availability of a voucher for the gym next door. The location was excellent, we loved staying in the Garden District. It was such a beautiful and charming area, and it made our experience even more special. The restaurant service was excellent, and our room was very organized and beautiful. The hotel breakfast was also very good, we truly enjoyed it. We absolutely loved everything! I made sure to come here and write this because I really wanted to leave my satisfaction and gratitude. My boyfriend and I are already looking forward to coming back, possibly as soon as April for his birthday!

Professional staff, cleanliness, hotel upkeep

IGH holiday inn express's services including room, breakfast and locations are wonderful and perfect! The best thing above all is the location is very close to public transportation around 7 min walk to bus stop (Julia and O'Keefe for W2 or W3) to down town new Orleans, where ( main library) E2 bus to the airport for $ 2 only! All the bus drivers i met are so nice , friendly and very helpful!

What a gem just a 10 minute streetcar ride to the centre. Loved the pool area and the stylish decor.

Friendliest staff in the world, clean and comfortable room, very spacious (especially given the price!). The free breakfast was excellent, and I particularly appreciated the business centre and ability to do free printing.

The location was convenient to our destination & walkable to dinner.

Cleanliness, assistance during check in, location, layout of the apartment , washing and laundry facility, although I didn't cook would be lovely to prep meals in the lovely kitchen.
