The host gave us access to an app so we could easily access the building, elevators, and the unit's front door. You’re about 15 minutes from Cambridge (Harvard) and 10 from the state house and Quincy Market area. About 45 minutes from the Cape as well. There is also a shopping center walking distance (11 minute walk/2 min drive) from the hotel, called Assembly Row maybe? The hotel and staff were very accommodating and friendly.
