The hotel was exactly as advertised. The staff from all areas of the hotel were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The room was spacious. It was central to getting around to where we were going.

Exceptional comfort with excellent service

The location is great, you are close to the city center which makes an amazing place for traveling. Rooms are cle and very big. Everything is modern. Beds are huge and really comfy, bathroom is nice.

Incredible facilities, very friendly and helpful staff! The rooms are massive!! Very cool design throughout. But of course the gem is the giant gym with fascinating views over the river - a dream place to exercise!

This hotel was exactly what I was expecting. It's always good to find a hotel/room that is exactly like the pictures. It is very clean and the location is excellent, two blocks from the metro station (with a train line direct to the airport), and close to lots of nice touristic places (such as the love square). I highly recommend it.

The place was stunning, spacious and very neat. Safe and very helpful assistants. Close to historical places and mostly a walking distance. I will definitely come back again when I visit the USA 🇺🇸

I was worried by reading the reviews but hotel is very good. Heating is good and area is close to market street. Although a few homeless people were sleeping on the street, but this is common in this city. Breakfast is good although they can introduce some vegetables or salads and should have bananas. The elevators were working fine. Beds are fine and comfortable. Room has coffee makers, refrigerators, microwave, large tv, iron.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly up on checkin/checkout. The room was lovely and the hotel was very clean and cute. Location was in a good place near City Hall. Was a walk to the liberty Bell and old historic area. Loved the voucher for a complimentary drink. Building felt very secure and safe.
