We would like to warmly thank Brett, the hotel manager, for his help. Despite having made a reservation through Booking.com, the hotel had received no confirmation, which left us without a room upon arrival. Faced with an issue that was clearly not caused by the hotel, Brett immediately looked for a solution for us. He contacted many hotels in town and made an exceptional effort to ensure that we had a place to stay for the night. His professionalism, responsiveness, and generosity truly deserve to be recognized. Thank you again to Brett, who turned a very bad Booking.com experience into a moment of genuine kindness.
