Smart bathrooms, great location and quiet

We stayed at this hotel to take our son to the University of Pennsylvania. You could say this hotel is located right on the UPenn campus. In other words, it’s the best hotel for visiting UPenn. Of course, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were very friendly.

Breakfast buffet spread was very good.

Incredible facilities, very friendly and helpful staff! The rooms are massive!! Very cool design throughout. But of course the gem is the giant gym with fascinating views over the river - a dream place to exercise!

Staff very friendly and helped with recommendations of places to go and restaurants. They let me check in early and check out an hour late. Amazing localization, hotel very clean, big and organized. Had an amazing experience there and would for sure stay there again.

Hotel is great and brand new! First time in a no-reception, self check-in for us and everything was really smooth and easy to follow. Room is big and comfortable and location is great.

Loved the place in the city and rooftop bar. Breakfast was good to American standards (will never beat European breakfast). The lady in the breakfast area was really nice and helpful!

The staff was very kind and polite. Cynthia and Gwen at the front desk were very helpful and nice to us, but every worker we bumped into was attentive and friendly, to be honest. We arrived very early in the morning and could get our room ready even though it was much earlier than 3pm (check-in time). The breakfast was very good and varied, and the room and facilities were very clean. Great location as well. We highly recommend this hotel.

I liked the location and the set up of the hotel room. It was great to be able to do the laundry any time.

This hotel was exactly what I was expecting. It's always good to find a hotel/room that is exactly like the pictures. It is very clean and the location is excellent, two blocks from the metro station (with a train line direct to the airport), and close to lots of nice touristic places (such as the love square). I highly recommend it.

Lively but still laidback atmosphere

Great hotel at a perfect location, feels underrated vs similar hotel in the area. The room is incredible spacious and the hotel gives off a really nice vibe.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building just off Rittenhouse Sqiuare. Really comfortable beds, complimentary tea/coffee water and a great continental breakfast. But it was the super friendly staff that made the hotel stand out, particularly the amazing Doug on reception . Would 100% staff here again.
