Great hotel, breakfast and pool!

Great location in Little Italy. Valet parking. Late check out. Awesome rooftop restaurant bar with a lovely staff. Happy hour prices. Cute little pool. The beds were super comfy. And they gave smart tvs!! And great heating and A/C. Would 100% recommend.

Friendly Staff. Their overnight parking was very reasonable by today's standard and included in & out privileges. Good food in the restaurant and a plethora of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The service was above and beyond. We were given a tour of the building which was really cool and unexpectes.

Front desk staff were amazing. Food was delish, roof top patio was beautiful, pool was nice, but not enough sun as it’s between 2 buildings. My whole family loved the gym, it offered every different type of workout

Location 10/10: great location in Downtown. Lots of Downtown tourist sites are walking distance esp the GasLamp Quarters etc. There are also major cable train trollies and bus stations that are very near, just around 5 minutes walk. STAFFS 10/10: They are kind & having the heart to make the stay of guests a nice experience COMFORT 10/10: Quiet room with big bed, efficient aircon & heater. Complete with fridge, microwave, iron, blower, table, hangers, bedside light switch and socket. Room is new and fresh. CLEANLINESS 10/10: All clean with regular daily house keeping , there’s also a do not disturb door sign FACILITIES: 10/10: Has vending machines for drinks and food plus nearby convenient store and eateries. VALUE FOR MONEY 10/10: the most affordable private room I found in Downtown at the time of my booking Wifi 10/10 : stable

It’s comfortable like a house but with the amenities that a hotel has, that make it a perfect place to stay if you’re traveling with family

Clean, free starbucks coffee, helpful staff, eventhough there is no elevator they carried our luggages for us, thank you so much

The location is insanely, everything you would need is walking distance I loved it. Especially being able to walk down to the beach so fast/ easily, just amazing location! I’ll definitely be staying here again, the facilities were also really nice and the staff was so sweet!
