Nice big room. Nice to have a sofa to sit on after 2 weeks on the road. Shower was spacious but small room with hand basin outside the door-different

Location, pool area and hot tub were perfect for us. We loved being right above the Basset St Brunch Club. And the cookies were delicious.

This hotel staff exceeded expectations. They picked me up at the Van Galder bus station and then arranged the Shuttle driver to come in early to take me to the airport! Tim, Jennifer, Mark - all of them are awesome!

As a solo female traveler I felt safe and the staff couldn’t be more helpful I used the pool everyday it was always quiet and clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful; they even offered a short-range shuttle service that was very helpful when I needed to go to the store. The restaurant was very good. And there were other conveniences offered, like a little hotel shop in case you forgot an item, etc.

Spent two weeks for work. Had a great stay, very convenient. The GYM was mostly empty and the room was large. There was coffee tea and soda 24/7 at the loby. The bed was comforable and the shower very large. The hotel has a very nice vibe and felt clean and new. Next door there's a nice coffee place and salad restaurant.

The breakfast was really good, lots of variety and yummy omelettes. The room was well appointed, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I also liked the complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening 😊

The view was amazing - the front desk girls went above and beyond - even writing a hand written note in our room wishing us a happy anniversary - along with a bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates. They really made our night. The valet was prompt and very courteous. Over all a great experience - right down to the shampoo and body gel in the shower - convenient dispensing!!

This is a pretty expensive rate for the room we got. Stayed for a wedding so the location was perfect.

The room is spacious and well equipped with amenities, we love the washing machine and dryer. The complimentary coffee at the lobby was good quality. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

I liked the property’s location and the amenities inside the hotel. The weather was bad so it was good to have good restaurants etc

Overall a wonderful experience. The room was meticulously clean and spacious, the staff very friendly and the breakfast buffet offered a lot of rotating choices. I also visited the gym which is well maintained. Good location for Kohl Center and UW campus. A couple of blocks away there's a bus stop with buses coming to/from Chicago and O'Hare.

Everything from staff to facilities! Also a very dog-friendly environment :)
