Very close to the center and the staff in the hotel was really helpful I totally recommend it !

It is so convenient to be close to the Universal Studio. Nice and safe walk from and to the hotel. Tasty breakfast and exceptional service. Friendly staff. A gentleman from the hotel gave us a true and experienced advice about express tickets to USH so we saved $400. Restaurant staff are very polite and considerate.

Rooms are very tidy and bathroom was spacious .Location was very convenient.Very helpful and cooperative staff.Laundromat inside the premises was a big convenience.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything you need. The staff is outstanding,very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A nice touch was the complimentary snacks and sweets available at the reception, as well as free coffee and water throughout the day. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The old Hollywood elegance, with exceptional service.

It was a wonderful hotel, the personnel was great, the room was super and spacious with bid twin beds!!! The skybar didn’t make the noise that mentioned at the critics of the hotel. I had second thoughts for choosing this hotel because of 7.3 at Booking but surprisingly for me this a 9+ hotel. I am expecting receiving the accidental that I paid at the check in!!!

Overall extremely welcoming. Very friendly staff, great hospitality. Beautiful sky terrace with pool. Excellent restaurant. Worth to rate even 12 if possible.

This place is an absolute gem—truly a rare find. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the entire space is spotless, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom is modern and pristine. The location couldn’t be better. But what really sets this place apart is the host—Robert is simply exceptional. His hospitality goes above and beyond, and he made us feel not just welcome, but genuinely at home. I’m already looking forward to my next stay. An easy five stars and two enthusiastic thumbs up! 👍🏾👍🏾

The room was very comfortable and updated only the bathroom and the mirrors that were dirty.

This property was really nice and clean and the staff were very very nice and welcoming. Breakfast is a added bonus and was really good.

This place was incredible…it is deco chic with an old Hollywood feel to the place. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is close to Universal Studios and the studio tours which is great as I would recommend you Uber. Great continental breakfasts offered.

We really enjoyed the two nights we spent at the hotel. It´s Walking distance from Universal, not worth it to take an uber (4 min ride) unless you are super tired. We arrived by car, we paid for the parking at the hotel and it was cheaper than taking the car to Universal. Room was really clean, bathroom smelled really cleaned as well and super friendly customer service.
