Staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable

We did not eat, with the kitchenette we made our own food. Our stay was relaxing, cleanly, and inviting. We could stay here again.

Cleanliness, exceptional customer service, (housekeeping, Breakfast, facilities) the best of all were The Upmost Exceptional and Courteous STAFF!!

Inside our room was well equipped, nice, clean, it looked good in the photos! The noise & sound insulation is completely insufficient of this building, including the window! By our request for a more quiet room, the polite reception lady relocated us to an other room, where "only" motorway noise was disturbing!

Missed out on the breakfast as we were 15 minutes to go before it was over and a lot was empty, that was disappointing. Would have been nice if it was served till 10 am

When I arrived, it said full on the front t desk staff computer. Even thought the transaction went thru a day prior. Luckily there was 1 spot for me. Bookings.com need to.be more accurate, that's all

Asked for a nonsmoking room and once I entered the room it smelled like cigarettes! I tried to deal with the smell but being a person who doesn’t smoke it bothered me so I called the office and they were so helpful in switching me into another room. So overall experience was great. Employees were prompt in resolving my issue.

Room and bed very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Location perfect for our needs. Breakfast very good.

Big fabulous windows in our high room gave us brilliant views of Tacoma and The Mountain by day and after dark.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. In particular, a housekeeping staff member named Maria was especially kind; she stopped what she was doing to assist me with my inquiry. Also, it was nice that there was a small shop next to the front desk where you could buy snacks and drinks.

Very Friendly staff, great views from our room, quiet, comfortable, nice breakfast.

Front staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, even received a small gift for staying and becoming a member, which was unexpected. Being across the street from the event I was attending made for an easy trip
