Amazing stay! Room was clean, staff were so helpful and lovely and the location was great!

friendly service , good breakfast.

Wonderful hotel, Louisville landmark, excellent dining!

Comfortable beds and courteous staff

Wonderful hotel, great staff, excellent pool area and gym. Very comfortable beds and stylish rooms.

The breakfast was clean and had everything necessary, but it wasn’t very plentiful. The location is great—there are supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s very close to the convention center. I’m really satisfied with the free shuttle service provided by the hotel. The hotel shuttle driver, named Joe (I’m not sure of the exact spelling), was extremely friendly and helpful. He really improved my impression of Louisville, making it much more positive. He was incredibly kind.

Breakfast was disappointing. They were unable to keep the food stocked.

Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, excellent breakfast

The staff was very kind. The room was also clean and good.

Very good stay, situated in a great area and was very comfortable. Nice staff that were very accommodating.

Clean, laid back, down to earth staff. And privacy when needed..

Convenient location for early morning flight. Shuttle was quick.

Very beautiful hotel, organized and well-equipped rooms. The rooms are also quite spacious, comfortable and very clean. Very good lighting in the rooms which makes it easy to fall asleep faster and have a pleasant sleep. And last thing, the shuttle bus was very very convenient and the drivers very friendly and accommodating! I had to catch a very early flight and the shuttle was immediately available for me. I appreciated that a lot!

I was a very late arrival, thanks to an accident on the highway. The front desk worker was very attentive and an overall joy to work with and talk to after a long and tiring trip. The room completely surpassed all of my expectations. I didn't expect it to basically be an apartment. I will definitely be recommending Staybridge to all friends and coworkers for future stays. I will also be returning for future stays.

Close to facility. Good rooms. A decent rate. Friendly staff
