Hotels near Citrix Headquarters, Cypress Harbor

I was under the assumption breakfast was included but it isnt. I chose place for breakfast and pool because my son was with me but didnt opt to pay the extra $20 per person each morning. Overall place was very comfortable, with lounge, gym, pool etc.

The check in and restaurant staff were really nice, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great.

I was running late and call the hotel. I had the pleasure of speaking with a Mrs. McFarlane. She was very accommodating, very professional, very kind and assured me that she will have everything ready for me when I got there. When I got to the hotel, she greeted me with a smile ensure that my room was booked not too close to the elevator. She gave me wine coupons, and was very courteous, warm and professional. She even ensure that I had everything that I needed to have a good nights rest in preparation for my conference the next day.

Great staff inexpensive choices.

The staff was exceptional and very accommodating. They made the stay worthwhile. The housecleaning staff kept the rooms immaculate.. The staff communication was on point and they treated everyone with the highest level of respect no matter what the situation was. Coming from a place that also deals in high level hospitality services, I commend your staff at this location. Please take care of them and show them your appreciation when you can.

Need to have free breakfast so we don’t have to go out to look for food

Location was excellent. Lots of options for restaurants. Beach and pool were both very clean.

Honestly, from the minute we arrived we were immediately relaxed. The location is incredible, right on the beach. The room was spacious and had everything we could have needed. The family that run the property were some of the loveliest people I’ve ever met. I simply could not fault the Tropic Seas Inn. I’m counting down the days until I can return.

The staff were all very friendly, the manager, the maintenance guy, everyone. The rooms were very comfortable, everything was great.

The layout and floor level. Spacious room and beds .

I’m from England and it was my first time visiting America! The staff were so friendly and nice to me, I felt very comfortable. The room was so spacious and lots of facilities to use and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was great!

I didn’t take breakfast. The location was close to the airport so it was fine.

The swimming pool. It was value for money. The room was clean and it just felt like a home.

The staff , especially Jasmine , went over and above several times .

This was my second stay at this hotel. The first being in Oct 2018. It felt right at home to me. I was pleasantly surprised given the reviews I had seen prior. Not discounting anyone’s experience but come and stay for yourself. Obviously it’s not 5 star but it definitely gave more than we paid in our opinion. Housekeeping was done everyday on our 7 night stay. The location was PERFECT!! The staff were so kind and helpful. I feel very comfortable here and I definitely look forward to staying again!
