Clean and modern with exceptional staff

There are breakfast is good and it is a very good location.

Beautiful hotel in a nice area of Miami, staff very professional and helpful. We walked the Miracle Mile but l have to say it was under whelming, lots of empty units and rather dirty area, especially the sidewalk. So we loved the hotel but not sure there was enough around to bring us back to the area.

Location is walking distance to many restaurants in Coral Gables.

The all in: price, quality uality, location, service, people, etc. Was an extraordinary combination.

The Biltmore never disappoints. Excellent accommodations, beautiful well-appointed rooms, luxury bedding, state of the art gym, clean sauna, supreme spa, legendary pool, fantastic cuisine. The service is impeccable. We stay here every time we are in Miami because it’s THE best. In my opinion and experience, The Biltmore is much nicer than The Ritz and Coral Gables is fabulous!

I liked everything! From the facilities, cleanliness, service, to a wine in the evening in the attached restaurant.

Very convenient location of the hotel! Cozy room, snow-white bed linen and towels in the bathroom. But the most important advantage of the hotel is the highly professional staff, both the night porter and the day shift managers. They are all very attentive and polite, ready to offer a solution to any problem of a hotel guest. Special thanks for the important tips and the possibility of a late check-out. We liked it here, recommend it! We'll come back .

The lobby was modern, warm and welcoming. The decor certainly inviting and loved the little nooks for privacy if needed (whether for breakfast or awaiting your taxi after check out). The outdoor patio area allowed for that open air ambience even simply for just taking in the hustle and the bustle of the city streets. The rooms were simple and clean and the staff very accommodating. Love the young hip Gen Z/millennial staff who certainly complimented the Aloft's chic style.

the staff went further than they needed to, to make our stay good. we came early and we’re tired and they booked us in as soon as they could. all with a warm smile

The room and hotel vintage decoration is beautiful and very pleasant. Also, the neighborhood in Coral Gables is a paradise, very worth a visit!
