Very friendly staff, especially Cookie and Yessica.. they did a great job of making me feel welcome and the room was spotless and comfortable

Everything was perfect. If you have a car it is the perfect place for stay. There are a lot of outlet and shopping malls around the hotel.

It was very nice it could have been a little lower on the price with the way things are so high right now. But I understand everybody have to make they money

I just got back home to Australia from staying at the Jung Hotel last week. The hotel was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was bigger than I had imagined and the facilities were very good. The location is on Canal street near the Joy theatre. This was perfect as it was a short walk to all the main attractions and not in the way of the sketchy atmosphere of Bourbon Street. I had my wallet and phone stolen on Bourbon and the staff were so helpful and kind in assisting me, so that I could communicate home and call my banks etc to sort out my problems. Unfortunately this incident has scarred me a little from returning to New Orleans, but I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Saturday of memorial day weekend my a.c blew out and our house quickly went from 68° to 100°. For 5 days ,every single day the staff was able to work with us with last minute notice on whether or not we'd be staying another day and allowed us to stay in the same room the entire time during MEMORIAL DAY.Everything was wonderful. All the staff was wonderful. I wish I could have taken the bed home with me it was SOO COMFORTABLE! like sleeping on a cloud. Bathrooms were clean and cozy,had great water pressure and wasn't like hard water like most hotels. Wayne,the hotels daytime concierge ,was so very helpful and accommodating as well as the rest of the ENTIRE staff! Just all around really pleasant experience during a very frustrating time. Also,this location accepts cash payment as well as cash deposit so no waiting for days for your deposit to go back on your card.We enjoyed the saltwater pool and the multiple covered , cabanas. The gym was perfect for keeping my 17 yr old and husband busy when they started to get cabin fever lol .Everything about this hotel was perfect .

The room was spacious, clean, and looked exactly like the photos. I really appreciated how many power outlets there were since I travel with several photography devices that need charging. My corner room also had multiple nice city views. The TV had great streaming options, the AC worked perfectly, and the location was very convenient. Saenger Theatre was right across the street, Bourbon Street was only a short walk away, and there was a streetcar stop directly in front of the hotel. What I loved most was the kindness of the staff and duty manager. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and they kindly let me store my luggage after check-out so I could continue exploring the city before leaving.

Recently stayed at Canopy hotel and it was great! The location struck a perfect balance – not too central, yet close to everything without the noise. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a modern feel. Loved having a Nespresso machine with capsules. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it!

The receptionist was very kind on managing me to get an early check-in. The hotel is very clean and room has a lot of space - also the bed is great.

A wonderful hotel in a great location of New Orleans close to restaurants, cafes and the Garden District. The room was big and comfortable, all clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Large updated rooms including a kitchen. Walking distance to Bourbon St and lots of shops and restaurants. Super friendly staff. Great selection for breakfast.

It was a safe area and the staff was nice

Check in was smooth, the room was very large . The courtyard was beautiful. Was a great place to stay and was conveniently locatedwithin about 5-7 miles of the cruise port.

Coming from NZ I didn't have an American sim card, but the airport allowed me to call and the hotel quickly arranged for David the driver to collect us. Tommy our front desk person was consise and extremely friendly attended to all our requirements, even arranged for us to get to the port to catch our cruise ship...over and above. Breakfast was wonderful and I would highly recommend this hotel

Breakfast was great! It was nice that we could order omelette. Stuff members were very helpful and friendly. Since we wanted to go to WWII museum and French Quarters, the location was perfect since Hyatt House is located between our destinations.

The location is very convenient, very close to the French quarter. The breakfast is good, different food everyday. The room was an Appartment, karge living room with kitchen (alll facilites: washing machine, microwave, oven...). Nice large windows.

This is an excellent property for staying and exploring the French Quarter or downtown New Orleans. Easy to get to by car. Parking available across the street (I used SpotHero). We got the JazzyPass and road the street car. Security was great in the building. Never heard any noise from neighboring units. This was a great stay!
