We enjoyed the room, the view from the room and the beds. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Cait checked us in and was very helpful at that time and the next day. We especially enjoyed the cookies. The downtown location was excellent and there was convenient parking.

Very pet friendly. Comfortable beds Dinner menu superb. Bathrooms exceptionally. Friendly Staff. The only thing I have to say is that the parking costs of $18 was out of range. I parked my own car which was only a few yards away from the entrance. The cost percentage compared to room cost is not in line with the hotels I usually stay in. I staid in the hotel In Dec and returned in Jan and was charged a pet fee the second time and parking, which I parked myself and got my own luguage,

Everything was delightful and decorated for Christmas. Location was convenient to the electric buses which were a bonus. Felt the food service could have been better and it would have been nice to have breakfast included in our stay. Had lobster bisque one evening and was ill the next two days with gastro issues. Not sure if it was food poisoning but I had all the symptoms. We ESPECIALLY enjoyed the Haunted 311 Room tour given by John who is a talented actor.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The location is ideal—conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. Breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

About a month ago, I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my first visit to Chattanooga. Upon arrival, I encountered an unexpected issue — I was unable to register my parking information through the mobile app due to a network problem. Fortunately, Alaysia at the front desk graciously stepped in and resolved the matter on her computer with patience and genuine kindness. Her calm professionalism and warm assistance immediately made me feel welcome in a city I was visiting for the very first time. I sincerely appreciate her help. The room itself was bright, spotless, and wonderfully comfortable. The hotel’s location was ideal; the next morning, I enjoyed a pleasant walk to downtown in just fifteen minutes. Later, I visited the historic train station, and while standing beside the legendary old locomotive, I listened to the classic song “Chattanooga Choo Choo,” which added a distinctive historical charm to my journey. Chattanooga struck me as a city with both history and quiet beauty. This stay left a warm and lasting impression on me, and I hope to return one day when the mountains are alive with blossoms.

Wonderful location within walking distance Main St, Market St, Station St, Chattanooga Choo Choo etc. Extremely close to Ruby Falls. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel. The shower was very relaxing as well! Friendly & accommodating staff. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Valet service was wonderful and friendly as well. We visited with the intention of exploring the area within walking distance BUT you could honestly visit The Chattanoogan Hotel and never have to leave the property with so many options on site!

The hotel is well located in the city. It attracted me because of the quirky and unique design. I’m often in chain hotels which are intentionally very predictable. This is in a completely different league. It’s half museum-half hotel in so far as all the decor is unique. Every room has a different theme. All the public areas have a different theme. It’s quite whimsical and busy. Every nook has a different curio so you can’t assume anything in the visual palate. It was a bit of a treat to experience and the price was mid range for the area.
