Duval St. is a main street in Key West, however one Street over, which runs parallel to Deval is Whitehead St. The famous Hemming way house, a must see, is on Whitehead St. Which runs from the most Southern point in the US to the far end of Key West. At that end you will find the Fisher museum, another must see and the aquarium, glass bottom boat, jet ski rentals, plus many other attractions.

Where the action is. Great to just walk around or rent a bicycle/tricycle. They are pretty much given the right of way on the old town roads. Visit the Key Lime Store and eat some Key Lime pie. Go to the oldest Margaritaville and have one on the rocks. They make it special, and was the best we've had.AAnonymous - Scored 8.08.0

If you don’t like loud music and the smell of pee and puke, then this is not the place for you. Great music and great restaurants. Lots of people watching going on too. It’s like a tiny Bourbon St. Remember that it’s open until 4 am so pick your hotel wisely.

Sleazy!
Sleazy! Thought shops would be quaint and 'boutique' but just tourist tat and lots of sleaze. Apparently turns into a big party in the evening. Probably best for young open minded people.... not really for families.

The pool was a bonus. We really enjoyed hanging out in the pool late night. Breakfast was decent and had many options ranging from bread, bagels, oats, milk and yogurt. They also had free Starbucks coffee. Location wise, it was great and very close to Duval street and the major attractions. Coffee, tea and water are available all day until 10pm which is when the front desk closes. Rooms are spacious, even the small one is bigger than typical European hotel rooms.
