IrelandWe had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Memphis. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The front desk went above and beyond — they helped us book a meal and even arranged a pink limo to collect us for free, which was such a fun and unexpected touch!
Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean, making it a really comfortable stay. Breakfast was self-service with plenty of options to choose from. Michelle, who was working at breakfast, was absolutely wonderful — always cheerful and friendly, keeping the area spotless and constantly topping everything up.
Exceptional service from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Memphis!

2. Clean and big fitness room. The swimming pool looks nice but I didn't use it because it was still cold.
3. Generally speaking, it is a pretty good hotel to stay for those who arrive at MEM Airport late or will catch an early flight at MEM Airport.

I was pleasantly surprised.
I was pleasantly surprised. I bought the VIP tickets bc it said you skipped the lines and saw some extra things. It was worth every penny. The guide was great. I learned a ton. Was never really an Elvis fan since he died when I was very young. You don't have to be. It's a chapter in history. Only negative is the pictures they take of you are a huge rip off. $260 for a ticket isn't enough. They need another $40 for one photo. They all go right in the recycling bin.

Military Discounts on tickets help. Get your walking shoes on as the place is filled with things to see! We went during the week- less crowded. It is a full day of the mansion, museum, cars & jets as well as shops between each section of the museum. The restaurants were not open late so lunch is about it or plan on dinner somewhere else in town.
The place is impressive!

This was a massive bucket list tick for me. Loved it. The house is smaller then you think after seeing it for years on TV however still has the impact. This is a must to visit for anyone who is a RP fan or interested in history.

Great place to visit.
Great place to visit. Graceland itself was a highlight of the visit. The amount of different things, Elvis related, was a little overwhelming, but for an Elvis fan it was great! The tour itself was a little pricey unless you are a big fan.

Smaller than I expected, but still fun nontheless. Purchace the package that includes the museum and the house and the airplane! It was fun to see all the cars and outfits and learn about his life. We stayed at the Elvis hotel--had fried banana sandwiches and chocalate milk at midnight and they have a movie theater showing Elvis movies! The giftshops inside the museum have all kinds of Elvis stuff for purchace. The hotel had a nice pool and resturant ther was really good.

If you like Elvis music this is a must.
If you like Elvis music this is a must. The house at Graceland is nostalgic as it is back to the 50's look. And the museums are immense. It would take several days to do and see everything.
If you want to be close...stay at the new Guest House at Graceland Hotel...it is really very special.

The stand out facility for me was the pool which was beautiful and just the right temperature. Our kids loved it.
The free hotel shuttle to both Graceland and the airport was appreciated.
We ate at EP’s restaurant which had really good food and was relaxed / family friendly.

Directly over the road from Graceland. Fantastic hotel with fabulous decor and facilities. We were blown away by the grandeur of the hotel (felt like real luxury). Lovely pool outside and numerous food options on site. The bar had a live band on which really added to our experience. Definitely worth staying there even if you aren’t a massive Elvis fan!

Lovely hotel about 5 minute walk from Graceland. They ran a shuttle but we didn’t use it. The hotel had a nice pool and gym and the room was very comfortable. There was evening entertainment that we didn’t go to. They played Elvis music anywhere you were which was fun. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We did a Memphis tour too and they picked us up from the hotel even though it is a little more out of town.

Location was great despite roadworks, walked to the graceland experience took around 10 mins. Good vibe throughout the hotel, bar staff were lovely as at eps grill and the other eatery where we had breakfast. The room was spacious though water was additional charge, ample parking on site also.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay, we loved all the Elvis memorabilia in the apartment and the record player/records was a lovely touch! The apartment was in a safe gated area, which put our minds at rest due to how unsafe Memphis was! The extra parking at the back was also great and needed as the front parking was tight and limited. The reason for us staying in Memphis was for Sun Records and Graceland, both were a short drive away and both the tours were great!

We stayed here to visit Graceland the following day (20 min Uber ride) and this was the perfect choice of hotel. Great pool and sunbeds on the ground floor and a rooftop bar/restaurant with views of the Mississippi River. Staff friendly and helpful.

We walked in and thought wow. The place was massive, had everything we needed and the host was extremely accommodating and gave us plenty of local information.
The location was near all the major attractions and restaurants which was great.
We drove to Graceland but that was only a short drive.
The apartment had a very usable seating area outside which we used every night.
All in all, highly recommended, our favourite of the 7 properties we stayed at.

Excellent place for breakfast behind The Moose.
Easy to walk or cheap uber to Beale St, The Peabody hotel and FedEx Forum. 15 minute drive to Graceland.
