Great place to stay, the location is very good, the metro station is near by and you can walk to the most popular places in Chicago. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and really confortable, the room had a big size and the bed was amazing. 100% recommended.

I also want to thank Luis, the Chef Concierge, for helping me discover the best that Chicago has to offer. Your recommendations made my trip much more enjoyable! Aaliyah at the front desk deserves a heartfelt thank you for assisting me with an early check-in. Your kindness and efficiency made a great start to my stay. Additionally, Alice at Terrace 16 provided top-notch service during my meals, making each dining experience delightful. I must also express my gratitude to the entire housekeeping staff, bellmen, security personnel, and all employees of this magnificent hotel. Your hard work and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed and genuinely enhanced my experience. Thank you once again for an incredible stay. Excellent customer service. Very clean rooms, they are on the smaller side but are still very practical and have a great view of the city. The tacos and drinks in the lobby are a welcome plus. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone wishing to stay in a central place of Chicago. It was a great spot for us to meet this lovely city.
