We requested a baby bed upon our arrival and it was already set when we arrived. The room was quite big, the lobby is very nice and cosy, we appreciated the free coffee in the lobby, the face masks in the room. Overall we had a great stay, good location, I would recommand this hotel.

The room was absolutely magnificent (booked a room with a river view since we were going during St. Patrick's); Obviously the view is what sold us, but the room was quite spacious and the bed was also comfortable! Friendly, helpful staff as well!! We also had breakfast included in our rate, that you would get from the restaurant on the ground floor. Breakfast was a la carte and it was delicious. Loved the overnight oats in particular!!

We got a room with partial river view on 15th floor, which was almost like a full view. The location was right next to the river. Safe luggage storage after checkout was a big plus as we had our departure flight in the evening and were able to store the luggage at hotel and spend our time sightseeing. The bed was comfy and the WiFi connection was good.

Front desk staff was very welcoming, kind, and attentive at check in and check out. The room was clean with a nice view of the river, comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom. Fantastic location- literally across the street from the Chicago Theatre where we were attending a show; quick walk to Millennium Park as well as the River.

The hotel is exactly like the picture, the lobby is lovely. The rooms are just dated. They are really clean and we stayed for 3 nights and every morning our room was cleaned. The staff are super helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a cheap hotel which is in the loop this is the hotel for you. Don't be put off by the pictures or some people's reviews. We got the blue Line from the airport and got off at La Salle Station. The hotel is less than a 10min walk. The diner attached to the hotel is so yummy for breakfast and reasonably priced.

It looks very luxurious and it’s right in the heart of Chicago, unbeatable location. Also staff has been great for everything we needed.

The hotel is in a really great location, close to attractions, shopping centers, and public transportation. The staff was kind and attentive to my needs. If you book with breakfast included, you receive a voucher for a café located right next to the hotel entrance, and you can actually use the voucher for lunch or dinner as well, for those who don’t wake up early. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel in the city center, delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. Everything was excellent. We will definitely visit again.

An amazing hotel in a perfect location. Our room on the 10th floor had views of the river and out to the lake. All staff we dealt with were polite and helpful. We will be staying there again.
