Everything’s clean and good. The hotel is located near the most touristic places. One extra point for it is that it has parking lot with no extra charges.

It was perfect to me because I got exactly what I was looking for. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. There was a good vibe in the lobby and all the staff was nice and helpful.

Location is great and the Room was Nice. I liked the welkomes Tv with my name on it. The view was very Nice and the personel / care taker was very helpfull. Very Nice solution / enviromental friendly with bathroom cosmetics, that Can be refilled. It saves a lot Of unnecesary use Of plastic bottles.

I loved staying at Club Quarters! The property was amazing, great facilities, water, coffee, a great study room! The room was very comfortable, with a nice tv and a microwave. The heater was also very nice, even in the coldest days! I stayed long enough to have an excellent impression! Staff were always friendly and helpful, and the location is unbeatable!! Liked it so much that I’ve already scheduled a returning visit!

Stuff is amazing: we arrived early at 9am and we were given a nice room and free breakfast vouchers! Similar experience during the stay when we needed an extra blanket. It was delivered within few minutes.

The hotels location was few minutes walk to Navy pier and the lake views everyday was unbelievable. The staff were always helpful and the indoor pool was refreshing after a day of sightseeing.

Second time we stayed there - staff friendly and easy to deal with. There was an issue with power outlets in our room - no electricity in the actual room - this was addressed in a manner of minutes. I would not see it as a big inconvenience, rather as an example how quick the reaction was. We were told that if it cannot be fixed right away, we will be given another room - there was no need. Room was very nice and spacious, same goes for the bathroom. No complaints, will stay again next time in Chicago.

The location of the hotel was amazing, the staff were friendly and it was very clean and comfortable. For the marathon, they had a shuttle service to and from the race and that removed a lot of the stress of having to figure out your way in the city.

A lovely spacious room which was mostly clean. I did see a few spots that had been overlooked. The staff was outstanding, extremely friendly and very very helpful. The young man who checked us in was delightful. The bar area was perfect and the location was excellent. The train runs directly outside the hotel and could possibly be noisy for front facing rooms but this was most certainly not a problem for us.

The proximity to magnificent mile and the lakeside, also the splendid internal historic grandeur, very rare. This carries through to the guest rooms which still works well in this omnidirectional modernist culture.
