Reasonable prices given Food Convention was on. There is a coffee machine, fridge, tv, iron facilities and hairdryer in the room. Bath and shower also provided. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel or in the immediate area, if you were to bring anything in there is a microwave downstairs available to heat up. A coffee urn is also provided there. I used a taxi to get to my friends in a 5 min journey and used the uber app for Reasonable prices. Would definitely stay here again

It was perfect to me because I got exactly what I was looking for. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. There was a good vibe in the lobby and all the staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel was amazing. We requested for a better view room, and they fulfilled our wish. The location is amazing. Grant park, millenium park, michigan avenue all of them are in walking distance. Plus the train and bus stations are like 2 mins or 4 mins away. Amazing!!

Clean and basic. Easy to get into central Chicago. Plus good bakery and Emperors Choice restaurant nearby. Friendly and helpful.

Rented the room for my mother. She had no complaints. The staff went above and beyond helping her get into the room I Reserved for her.

Receptionists very helpful, room clean but 3 days for cleaning is too long. Breakfast wasn’t great.

Absolutely perfect location with a walking distance to the downtown, metro line to the airport is 5 mins away! Nonstop McDonalds and 7eleven in the neighborhood. We will return.

Super Location, direct access to Lake Michigan. Rooms a bit dated but clean and fit for purpose

The location of the hotel was amazing, the staff were friendly and it was very clean and comfortable. For the marathon, they had a shuttle service to and from the race and that removed a lot of the stress of having to figure out your way in the city.

Excellent location in Millenium Park. Good access to Loop area. Very convenient from the O'Hare or Midway airport.

The atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic, the area for breakfast and reception are cozy and allow also any type of activity/working etc. The room, although small, had everything including super comfortable bed and colored lights to give an extra vibe. Everything can be managed via a tabled, blinds, lights, room cleaning. The breakfast was amazing, much better than many ‘famous’ hotel chains. The checkin is self service… it took me literally 2 minutes to scan my passport and get my key. The staff is also very friendly and supportive for any need.

The location was perfect to access all the areas of this great city. And view of the bean!!!!! Well just. But nice and comfortable. Oh and roof top bar is a must!

Great location in a historic building. The staff were helpful and very friendly. We were offered an upgrade and took it. The room was very comfortable, generous in size, clean and had two bathrooms which made getting ready in the morning very efficient.

Location! Staff! Room! Vibe! Sorry, I'll stop with the exclamation marks now. Seriously, this place is a gem. It's really close to two subway/CTA stations, it's in the heart of downtown Chicago, the staff were just lovely, and the whole atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. I loved all the little touches that made the stay a little bit extra; the free reusable water bottle, the water station in the lobby, Dash, the Pineapples Pup, the individual duvets etc. I would recommend Staypineapple to anyone. On a side note, as a solo traveller, I felt very safe in this hotel.
