Top-quality luxury and attention to details, with an additional corner sofa banquet, was definitely my favorite spot in the room.
I had a convention over the weekend and it was easy to walk from the hotel to the festival hall, which had a lot of food and retail shops.

Lots to do while there, not just standing and looking at water and buildings. Be prepared for fun for children and adults. Amusement rides, museum along with plenty of eats and relax with beverages to music in The Gardens

I loved this place.
I loved this place. You can go for a boat tour, parks, food, fun, beach is right away. Everything in one place. Great environment for family, solo travelers, couples. It’s a must do for sure in Chicago.

Newly built , facilities are relatively new , location wise good part is the fantasist lake view , can watch fireworks in room , walking around the navy pier & enjoy a morning run , but to go to down town requires 25+mins walk

Ideally located: near big bus tour departure point 4; local bus no.3 up the avenue to central downtown area (for boat trips); nearby supermarkets (Trader Joe's); around the corner from Buddy Guy's blues venue; next door to Kitty O'Shea's Irish pub (in Hilton) for matches; Pequeno Mercat coffee shop (inside Blackstone); easy access to Grant Park and river walk all the way to Navy Pier.

The hotels location was few minutes walk to Navy pier and the lake views everyday was unbelievable. The staff were always helpful and the indoor pool was refreshing after a day of sightseeing.

Great location by the river (who would have guessed)... It's within walking distance to many Chicago attractions including the Art Institute and Navy Pier. The hotel itself is in a nice historic building. My room was spacious and well equipped with two TVs, a sofa, a small kitchen... There's purified water in the hall and self-service laundry and gym in the basement. Good value, recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel’s location was perfect—right in the heart of downtown, so we could walk everywhere. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast spread was beautiful—so many options! Our room was spotless and super comfortable. On top of that, we visited Navy Pier and explored downtown, plus we checked out the biggest Starbucks Reserve, which was amazing! A truly fantastic stay—we’ll definitely be back

Excellent hotel with amazing panoramic views over the city of Chicago. The subway entrance is close to the side entrance of the hotel, which provides easy access to all of the city's attractions. If you are into walking, the park and lake front are not too far away, with Navy Pier at one end of the park, and, Soldier Field, the Planetarium, & the Aquarium at the other end. All in all it's a great hotel, within easy reach of everything Chicago has to offer.
