There's not anything to like in this so-called Hotel when they are stealing ID's by trying to photo copying them. Totally Illegal.

Breakfast disappointing. The pool was nice and quiet

Everything's been great: the staff, breakfast, the gym... The spacious and comfy bedroom... They make your room every single day. Located in Hillside, right next to the bus stop that takes you to the blue line to go to Chicago downtown, it's a few minutes from Brothers Mexican Grill restaurant (that's really good, I have to say), the petrol station and a Walgreens. On the other side of the road there's the Hillside bowl and if u walk further down there's a big supermarket, a couple of restaurants, shops and a doughnut bakery (Krispy Kreme) that's just amazing...! I'll definitely go back to Best Western Chicago next time I fly to Chicago.

The Classic Breakfast was amazing. It was cooked and prepared on ordering. It was very very tasty and not like the breakfasts that you usually get already prepared. Those breakfasts are tasteless. Each morning I had the Classic Breakfast perfectly served by a very friendly waiter. A breakfast beautifully prepared and enjoyable to eat . Full Marks for Service and Breakfast.

Nice room and clean good location

All the reception staff were great, the rooms we had over the holidays were all clean, smell free and very comfortable.

Pleasant ambience. Staff was so nice to upgrade my room.

The lodge style hotels in huge park, on a lake. Fills like holiday.

the room was good size, beds comfy, close to al ot of restaurants but a bit of a walk to the mall.. Coffee provided, bathroom smallish but clean Staff at least is nice and smiley.

when we arrived, they didn’t have the original room that we booked so they upgraded us for our five nights stay. Everyone was very lovely and very helpful. Beds were comfy.

Very welcoming ,nice and clean hotel,room very good ,stayed twice that week and enjoyed chatting with the reception.

I wish it was complimentary breakfast or grab & go buffet.

Absolutely loved how the large TV separated the bedroom from the lounge area and I could spin it around depending on where I was sitting. Bathroom was big and yet cozy. Plenty of space to put clothes in the walk-through robe. Good kitchenette.. close to the airport.

I really like this hotel, the location (I visit WeatherTech in Bolingbrook), so I like to be close but not too close as I visit friends in Chicago, the bar is great, the food is great.
