Excellent location / View / Staff.
We arrived late at night and the concierge was extremely helpful. 19th floor view of the lake was stunning day and night. Great shower, large comfy bed, well equipped kitchen. Never had to use the kitchen as everything on the doorstep.
Outdoor hot tub with a view was well worth having access to.
Felt safe walking day and night.
We were in Chicago for Ireland / New Zealand rugby game. We could see Soldiers Field from the apartment, and only 5 min walk to it through a beautiful park.
Irish pub beside us for match day, (need to be there before 9.30am on match days), and subway short stroll.
We fell in love with Chicago and this apartment was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back.

Thank you to all the staff at the Royal Sonesta Chicago Downtown for making our stay a special one. We were in Chicago on a family trip and the hotel was perfect. The view was beautiful. The cleanliness throughout the entire property was amazing, but everyday the housekeeping team presented our room beautifully. The location was great with really accessible transport links. Couldn't recommend more.
