I had a positive experience staying at this hotel. It is located 7-10 minutes from both Millennium Park and the Chicago Riverwalk. I especially want to highlight the stunning city view from the room, the pleasant atmosphere, the friendly staff and the clean rooms/bedding. A nice touch was the small welcome gifts at check-in - a water bottle, a coupon for a complimentary drink at the restaurant, and more, as well as Halloween treats. It was also very convenient that the Atwood restaurant is located on the first floor, where you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Where do I start. From the moment I checked in the welcome I got was first class. I’ve stayed at some of the expensive hotels in Chicago previously but the service you get from this hotel and it’s staff is second to none. The staff are soo friendly and always got a smile on their faces and no mater what I asked for or requested they were soo nice in doing it… the ladies in the breakfast were amazing, funny and again soo nice. Even being in doing breakfast for us at 5am on a Sunday before our marathon they had smiles on their faces and even singing to us…. You girls are tops. My recommendation is don’t hesitate to book this hotel…. Great location, great size rooms and most of all value for money. Hopefully be back next year to stay this time with my family. Thanks again for a great stay.
