I love the style and feel of the hotel. The lobby and dining area has a fresh and exciting feel to it. With lots to look at and enjoy. The rooms are very modern and the bed was extremely comfy (I like a firm mattress!).

The Pendry is gorgeous hotel in a gorgeous building. Prices are steep for rooms in downtown Chicago but the Pendry and its staff offer top-rate accommodation for the price. The lobbies are spectacular. The service is excellent (particularly Muriel at the desk and Anis at the lobby bar). The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet (could use a little more art work maybe). The bathroom could be bigger but this is a historic building and there are certainly limitations. The rooftop bar offers great views of Chicago but was generally booked for events while we were there (October), limiting its usefulness for guests.

Situated in Chicago, less than a 5-minute walk to Millennium Park and Cloud Gate - The Bean, Arlo Chicago provides a fitness centre and an on-site restaurant.
