For a 1st of only two nights in Chicago the hotel was perfectly located right next to the Metro station and the views offered across the city were simply stunning. Staff were all pleasant, polite and kindly housed our luggage on Day 2 whilst we went to Soldier Field for the Bears game. Self-Service Breakfast was ideal. Would definitely stay there again.

We travelled in a group so we had different rooms. There was lovely self service chill out on the third floor, coffee was really good and the set were very comfortable we would sit there most morning etc. Also, the staff were very friendly, approachable and professional.
