We absolutely loved the view from our room, especially the night view. The room was clean, very very spacious with high ceilings and big bay windows. The bathroom had a nice big bath and we also welcomed the litlle "bar area" with tea/coffee facility in the room.

Location! Staff! Room! Vibe! Sorry, I'll stop with the exclamation marks now. Seriously, this place is a gem. It's really close to two subway/CTA stations, it's in the heart of downtown Chicago, the staff were just lovely, and the whole atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. I loved all the little touches that made the stay a little bit extra; the free reusable water bottle, the water station in the lobby, Dash, the Pineapples Pup, the individual duvets etc. I would recommend Staypineapple to anyone. On a side note, as a solo traveller, I felt very safe in this hotel.

The location was amazing—everything I wanted to see was just steps away! There wasn’t any breakfast, but the fully equipped kitchen made it super easy to cook my own meals. Honestly, I felt right at home—the hostel was incredibly clean and so comfortable!
