I arrived quite late, around 3 AM, and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the experience was. The receptionist kindly offered me a late checkout at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. It might seem like a small gesture, but it made my stay much more comfortable.
They also offer free coffee and tea, and the common room was nice and cozy, a great place to relax. Overall, a very positive experience!
