Location is super at a very reasonable cost in downtown Chicago. The Lake and River walk are practically walking distance.

Very good for solo cheap travellers. It's easy to get in and close to all the fun stuff in chicago. I stayed when it started snowing, and the room was warm. Has a water dispenser, which is helpful.

Comfy bed and well equipped, clean room. Friendly and helpful stuff. We felt welcome and secure here. The area has a lot of experience around. It’s close to the bean, and everything really walkable.

We loved everything about the hotel. The location, the interior decorations and all Pineapple details. Our room was really spacious and comfortable and we loved the view from our windows. The staff was also great. Thank you for warm welcoming 😊 I wish we could stay longer!

The location is great, in the heart of Chicago, very close to all the main attractions. The hotel is awesome, very modern, and with all that you need from cafès and restaurants to room site in place. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend it.

The hotel has a great location, easy walk to most attractions. Amenities at the hotel are also amazing, would recommend to anybody staying in Chicago.

Front desk staff was very welcoming, kind, and attentive at check in and check out. The room was clean with a nice view of the river, comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom. Fantastic location- literally across the street from the Chicago Theatre where we were attending a show; quick walk to Millennium Park as well as the River.
