We had a bad experience, we showed up at 5:30, room was suppose to be ready at 3:00, they stated to us they were short staffed and rooms were not clean. Offered us another room, that was not ready. After 45 minutes we were told there were no rooms and they were sending us to another hotel which they did pay for First time at this hotel and will never recommend or stay there ever again. The staff was great though.
