Hotel was located within walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. The restroom is a little small but hey, wasn't in New Orleans to spend time in the restroom. I do have to say though that the water pressure in the shower was great. Food in restaurant was good as well.

right in the middle of all the action of bourbon st, yet quiet, elegant, big comphy room, great breakfast in the restaurant . always smiling stuff all over the place.

The location could not be improved upon. The hotel's courtyard was an ideal place to sit and read the morning paper with a cup of coffee. Everyone who worked at the hotel was super friendly and the helpful, especially Andrew and Patrice.

Andrew Jackson is awesome a lovely hideaway just off Bourbon Street and from the minute we walked in we were treated like friends

Loved this place! All the staff were incredibly helpful and lovely. Plenty to see and do near the hotel but it's quieter at night which was nice. Will absolutely stay here again when back in town.

Very good location in the French Quarter with friendly staff. The room was good with plenty of space and a comfortable bed.

The Location was great, we could walk everywhere and could make short stops between the trips because the hotel was in the middle of the French quarter. The staff was very friendly and always helpful!

Our room was absolutely beautiful, and the bed possibly the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in. On arrival, we had a bottle of fizz and handwritten note wishing my partner happy birthday, which was a lovely welcome (thank you!!). It was everything we’d hoped for for our first visit to New Orleans, as we wanted to stay somewhere with some history and character! We had fresh coffee on a morning from the coffee bar, and sampled some amazing cocktails in Peychaud’s Bar on the ground floor - so good! Location was perfect for exploring too, and just a short walk from Frenchmen Street.

Really great location just off bourbon street which allowed us to get around to most places on foot. The staff were really kind and helpful and often went above and beyond their normal service. They also recommended good restaurants to go to in the area and provided some cost saving on tours. Overall a great place to stay and if I were to come back to New Orleans I would stay here again.

It was such a beautiful hotel. Very old and we felt we were starring in Interview with a Vampire. Staff were super especially John at the desk and the hotel cats..

Amazing location and cleaning as well as staff

Great location, we could walk to most major attractions easily. The hotel had a nice authentic New Orleans vibe, and we loved the balcony overlooking Bourbon Street. The building is a bit old, but that adds character and still feels worth the price.

The staff are absolutely amazing. Due to a booking issue, we thought that we were out of luck in regards to needing two beds. The staff went above and beyond. We were first pleasantly surprised at their response time and friendly, welcoming personalities. These ladies were always smiling! Then, they stepped up in preparing the room for an extra bed. The booking issue was the booking sites fault and not theirs, but they still took it on and fixed it! The entire time we felt as though they genuinely cared about not only our time at the hotel but also throughout the whole city. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Location, location, location. We were in walking distance of everything within the French quarter. As three young people looking to wobble back to our room, it was very easy to make it back safely. We will be back!

The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel, although only minutes from Bourbon Street, was very quiet. It is only about a 10/15 minutes walk from the airport bus stop.
