It´s a really beautiful, quirky and trendy hotel with a lot of thought put into the decoration. The bedroom was super cool, had lots of great touches, and was extremely spacious, comfortable, and just lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it´s a fabulous location. A hotel which is alive. The kind which creates a feel good atmosphere. This also generates an easy flow of conversations, particularly around the pool. The whole hotel had a fantastic vibe, which always excited us when we got back from a long day. We absolutely loved our stay at Virgin Hotel New Orleans!!

I went to see the WW II Museum. There could not be a better way to stay for a visit.

I was very impressed with the hotel. Everyone who works there treated us so well. The manager would check in with us every time we saw him, asking if we needed anything or if we were satisfied. We also really appreciated the availability of a voucher for the gym next door. The location was excellent, we loved staying in the Garden District. It was such a beautiful and charming area, and it made our experience even more special. The restaurant service was excellent, and our room was very organized and beautiful. The hotel breakfast was also very good, we truly enjoyed it. We absolutely loved everything! I made sure to come here and write this because I really wanted to leave my satisfaction and gratitude. My boyfriend and I are already looking forward to coming back, possibly as soon as April for his birthday!

Leonce at the front desk was great. Gave us a structured itinerary for our trip. The rooms and the hotel looks very nice, it seems recently remodeled. Would definitely recommend staying here. The french quarter was just a short tram ride away, which we even took at night without any safety concerns of any kind. The street the hotel is on is also quite safe with a few shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

The staff is incredibly friendly, the location next to the streetcar stop makes it superb - very close to everywhere you want to go but still in a calm area

The staff was superb! Tonya, Robin, Brianna, Charmaine, Laura and Tiffany were the friendliest and most helpful Holiday Inn employees I have ever encountered.

The room was almost like a suite, it was massive with several windows and a lounge area. It had a nice faded glamour feel.

The accomodation was very nice and comfy, with a lot of space. Full with necessities (such as iron, washing machine, drying machine etc). Beds were the best parts as they were large and very comfy. I definitely recommend

The location was perfect for us just a couple of minutes walk to the centre. The facilities were good. Hotel was clean, bed comfortable. breakfast had plenty of choice. All staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

The services and friendliness of the staff
